M did not look forward to school holidays as she would be bored. But since joining Yellow Submarine she looks forward to each trip and has had a great summer.

Does your workplace give you time off to volunteer? As a business, are you looking to up your support for charities? Click on the headers below to find out more about what you could do with us!
Some top tips for employee volunteering:
Yellow Submarine makes appearances at lots of local events and festivals, and a strong volunteer cohort for our stall is always crucial!
We’re looking for teams of up to 5 to either help out on the stall on the day, or come into the office to help us prepare the stall in the lead up to the day, creating displays and fun games for us.
Could you and your team raise some money for Yellow Submarine – whether it’s a bake sale or a sponsored swim? As this activity would take place off site, any number of people can take part.
We have loads of resources for potential fundraisers – click here to find out more. You can find our fundraising materials here along with lots of useful templates for putting on your own event!
Individual volunteers or groups of up to 4 are great for our holiday activities with adults or young people. These take place during half-terms and holidays within the working day on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
They’re always great fun: you could be cooking up a storm, bouncing around a trampoline park, or helping our members “choose their own adventure”!
Individual volunteers are very welcome to spend their employee volunteer day at one of our regular sessions supporting our members!
Our social clubs are a space for our members to relax and have fun, whether that’s baking, a movie night, or heading for a meal out together. You can see our regular sessions here and these happen in the evenings from 5.30-9pm.
