Charlotte joined Yellow Submarine in July 2017.
Previous Experience: I have worked for 10 years as a project manager in charities, 4 years of which were on professional inclusion for socially excluded people in a Parisian suburb. I have always been passionate about food and I trained as a cook in 2014. I have worked in different restaurants in France, England and Portugal until I joined Yellow Submarine in 2107 where I can combine these two threads of my professional life
