How the role might work in practice

Every year we run around 12 holidays but we're looking to increase this number because of demand.

If you were successful in applying as a freelance holiday leader, we'd probably suggest you attend at least one holiday as a paid assistant, working with another holiday leader, to gain experience of how we run our holidays.

Once you've done this, we could review our proposed holiday destinations and their times of year to see if one (or more) would suit you. You'd recieve lots of help and training to run holidays and we'd like to make it something that all freelance holiday leaders wished to do regulalry (even if that is once a year) rather than as a one off project.

Who can apply

We welcome applications from all people regardless of race, gender, disability, religion, belief, sexual orientation or age and we are committed to providing under-represented groups with the help and support they need to apply to join us.

How to apply

Please apply for this position by email to toby@yellowsubmarine.org.uk with a covering letter and a copy of your CV.

There is no application deadline; we're constantly on the look our for freelance holiday leaders to be on our database.
