The Yellow Submarine people carrier in front of the beach!
This was the view from our holiday cottage window.
Here we all our on the first evening, just before having dinner here at a pub on the cliff top.
(Beryl is represented by a fan as she doesn't like being photographed.)
This was us walking on Polzeath beach.
And Jimmy by the sea.
With a very smiley Lucia.
Linda wore her chelsea top but Dean didn't seem to mind!
Kim enjoyed relaxing in this spot in the living room of our holiday cottage.
Jimmy was always very keen to play with Sam which was very kind of him.
Lucia and Lucy in front of the beautiful evening light on our terrace.
A super dinner was had in the evenings masterminded by Alex but with everyone contributing.
Jimmy, Lucia and Linda in front of the beach.
This is a boat-trip that we took from Padstow.
Kim and Lucia on the boat on the way to Padstow.
Alex was a bit frightened on the boat.
Lucy and Linda enjoying the sea air.
Jimmy, very much appearing an old sea hand.
Conditions were quite windy as can be witnessed by Lucia's hair.
Back on dry land. This is the harbour of Padstow.
Here we are at a Bee centre. Linda is modelling the hat that bee collectors use.
We were lucky to see the King's horses who were staying nearby.
They were very impressive animals.
Kim, looking on, at the farm.
Jimmy and Linda helped look after Sam.
On Thursday we went to the Eden Project.
Linda and Dean walking together.
Kim in front of one of the giant domes that act like huge greenhouses for growing plants.
This man did a talk on apple pressing. Here he is with the equipment.
Everyone got to taste the apple juice he made.
It was very popular, apparently nicer than the Tesco variety we had in our packed lunches.
Here are some of the flowers that were on display.
Alex and Dean in one of the domes.
Back at our cottage. It's dinner time again.
One afternoon we went to the beach.
We played a competitive game of Boules.
Sam got to play in the sand.
Those brave enough went into the sea.
Check out those waves!
There were lots of surfers out. One has fallen off his board in the background of this picture.
Dean was very courageous and accompanied by Alex put his head in the sea!
These are the names of everyone who came on the holiday. We put them on a designated spot at the Eden Project.
