Yellow Submarine Holidays organised a residential skill building course in April 2011.

In the mornings we will did various fun activities (such as cooking, making a cafe, gardening) which were designed to look at the skills needed for work and build confidence about trying various possible jobs. We also attended a talk about volunteering in a local charity shop.

In the afternoons we visited local attractions such as: a beer factory, a wildlife park, a river boat trip, a dinosaur museum, 10 pin bowling, a cinema trip, the local shops and pub.
