About the OE Alpine & Exploration Club

The OEALPEX club has recently been ressurected form a brief dormancy. It is at present a very informal organisation with the simple mandate to take the lead in organising an annual trip and to facilitate others in coordinating trips.

It is hoped the community board on this site will allow members to independently run with and propose any ideas to other members. This might be an individual looking for a climbing partner in London, to mentioning that you live in Nepal and would happily put up any OEs coming to the area for a night or two, to advertising that you want to do a trip to the amazon and would anyone be interested in joining. At the moment this concept is in its embryonic stages and so may be liight on visitors and feedback but with luck it will build up into a popular and useful facility for anyone interested in OEALPEX.
