Mary Knoll Holiday - Organisation and delivery of a holiday to the national park of Chitwan for 9 adults suffering from mental illness. This took place in November 2008.

CMC-Nepal - Creation of a video documentary about CMC's mission and activities which they could distribute online and as a DVD to their partners and potential donors more
Mental Hospital, Lagankhel - Complete production of a website for the Hospital and Nepal's first mental health online portal. This included researching and writing the content, creating the design, programming the code and organising the domain name and hosting of the website. First Spark has also had published an article promoting mental health, the mental hospital (and its new website) in the Nepalese national press and assisted the hospital put two proposals together to attract funds from donors. more
Kheiron School of English - Assisance to an English language school aiming to better meet the needs of the migrant community in Oxford. The School found itself in a situation where it wanted to improve the marketing of its language services but lacked the expertise and time to be able to do so effectively. They approached First Spark to provide technical website development and marketing support for their courses. more
Himalayan Project - Support to set up a sub-health post in the Solo Kumbu region of Nepal. First Spark liased with other organisations who have set up similar health posts to help Himalayan Project plan and prepare their health post. In June 2008 First Spark visited the region to conduct a preliminary report ahead of data collection taking place in October 2008. more
CWIN Holiday - Organisation and delivery of a holiday to the national park of Chitwan for 15 children who are under the care of CWIN. This took place in June 2008 and you can now watch a short video about the trip. more
CMC-Nepal - Review and complete redesign of their existing website including substantial new content added to assist fund-raising. Search optimisation was carried out to improve their rankings in search engines so more NGOs would think of CMC when they needed help with psychosocial counselling. Training given to staff so that they can update the website themselves. more
