Movember is approaching, why not grow a tash and get your friends to sponsor you not to shave it!

Keep on running. We have 5 marathon spaces left for the Brighton marathon in 2012. You need to pledge to raise a minimum of £600. These will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Contact us quickly if you're interested.

Go the cinema. We are planning a special screeing of Top Gun in February 2012 in Witney, Oxfordshire. Tickets will be available shortly.
